With a little extra effort each day, you can enjoy having the silkiest, smoothest, softest skin ever!

Step 1 Place a one pence sized blob of exfoliating body scrub in the palm of your hand and work up your whole arm, massaging the scrub in small circular movements. Repeat on your other arm, legs, back, bottom and tummy.

Step 2 Step into the bath or shower and rinse off the scrub.

Step 3 Dry yourself off with a towel and then apply body lotion all over. Body butter is the richest type of body moisturiser and is great to use on skin that’s been in the sun. (Never use body scrub on sunburnt skin!)

Make-up <33!
Remove your eye make-up every single night to prevent infections and irritations.
To keep your eyebrows tamed, spray a little hairspray on a toothbrush and comb your brows.
To put on mascara perfectly and to color all the little lashes in the corners of your eyes, hold the mascara vertical instead of horizontal.
Never curl your lashes after you've putten on mascara. Your lashes will break.
Put your eyeshadow on with a little paintbrush.
Never match your eyeshadow with your clothes.

Flawless Foundation <33!
It should never be obvious that you're wearing foundation, so choose a lightweight, liquid foundation or a tinted moisturiser for a more natural effect. nb: foundation should be applied before all other makeup.

Step 1 Tie your hair back so its not in your face and cleanse your face thoroughly. Then apply some moisturiser and wait about five minutes for this to be absorbed.

Step 2 Squeeze or tip a little foundation onto the back of your hand and dab it with a makeup sponge. Using gentle strokes, cover the larger areas of your face first (cheeks, forehead, T-zone). Take extra care to blend well under the jaw line.

Step 3 Check evenness around the eyes and the sides of the nose. Lightly pat with the sponge any areas that need more foundation, but don’t cover the whole face as this will give an unnatural finish.

Lengthy Lashes <33!
Extra long lashes will make your peepers look loads longer and make your whole face look even prettier.

Step 1 Remove all traces of existing eye makeup with eye makeup remover and then give your lashes some curl with a pair of eyelash curlers. Position them as close to the eyelid as you can get them and hold for six seconds.

Step 2 Take your mascara and brush the wand from the root to the tip, sweeping the wand out to the side (towards your ear) as you go. Bringing the lashes out to the side like this makes them look longer and more elegant.

Step 3 Use a Q-tip dipped in eyeliner to carefully clean up any little mistakes and then use a lash comb to get rid of any clumps or stuck together lashes.

Rule #1 Never reveal too much skin
If you're already wearing a blindingly sexy top, don't wear a tight mini skirt with it. Tailored pants will make a more flattering match.

Rule #4 Be comforatable and confident
You don't need 36C to be sexy. Being comfortable with your body and feeling confident about your appearance is loads sexier than a bombastic chest measurement.

Rule #5 Practise personal hygiene
Wax, shave, shower, deoderise, etc. Fuzz-free legs and underarms coupled with a shower-fresh scent will make anything you wear look even better.
